Diane Case Study

At the age of 60, Diane weighed 216lbs with a 44.7% body fat. She was overweight and unhealthy. She had convinced herself that it was not possible to lose weight and keep it off at her age.

Diane's Tipping Point – A New Medication

Diane’s doctor told her she would need to take blood pressure medication soon if she didn’t make changes to her health.

“I asked my doctor for a one-month reevaluation before putting me on the medication,” recalls Diane.

Johnny, Diane’s husband, found the Fit Father Project online soon after.
