  2. We also provide you with a doctor-designed exercise program that is administered by our Certified Personal Trainers. You get weekly workouts that include strength training (you can do at home or gym), quick cardio workouts (minimal equipment), and stretching / flexibility.

Starting out, we recommend 2-3 strength workouts per week, paired with daily walking. We ramp up your training gradually.
