Happy Mother’s Day: A Special Episode of the Fit Mother Project Podcast

Happy Mother’s Day

Happy Mother's Day! We're bringing you a very special episode of the Fit Mother Project Podcast to celebrate all the moms out there!

I believe that being a mom is probably the most important job in the world.

And the reason I say that is because you may know the story of why I started the Fit Father Project and the Fit Mother Project.

My father lost his life at the age of 42. I was nine at the time, and my little brother was six.

And probably the most important part of this story is seeing how my mom responded to this incredible tragedy.

I watched my mom battle to keep our family together while she healed from the wounds of losing her spouse.

She raised my brother and I, put food on the table, and stepped up as a provider in every way.

So, as you can probably imagine, I have the deepest respect for moms and particularly my mom.

I would never be where I am today without her love, strength, and guidance.

So that's why Mother's Day is always so special and important to me because my mom and her love is the basis of all the success and all the amazing things I’ve done.

But this Mother's Day is even more special for me because six weeks ago, my wife Paige gave birth to our firstborn daughter, Brooke Sage.

Seeing the incredible gift of a mother's body bringing life into this world, the amazing dependency of a newborn baby on a mom, and the way Brooke and Paige have bonded has been the most special experience of my life.

So I have even more appreciation of motherhood this Mother's Day.

And that's why I'm so fired up to share this podcast and a series of amazing and powerful quotes.

Listen to this special episode here, and check out the great quotes below!
